TH Communications Change of ownership — September 2005

For many years TH Communications has been providing hardware and repair services to its customers and had been Motorola's appointed authorised paging service centre in Europe . In late August 2005 the business of TH Communications was acquired by PageOne Communications. PageOne will continue to provide the services currently being offered by TH Communications and will work with TH Communications' customers to expand and enhance its service offerings. PageOne will trade under the name of TH Communications for its pager repair services.

Please be assured that the change of control will not affect your current ordering process. We are committed to continue to provide the service support you currently receive from TH Communications. We shall also be working on exciting developments over the coming months, which will include redesigning the website to offer on-line ordering for hardware and parts, and developing our hardware offering to incorporate more business and CPP paging products. In addition we shall also be expanding the paging and radio repair business.
